No, bumps aren't ruled out but there are<br>100s of hits a week and only 3 this week, none (from memory) last week and 2<br>the week before and not many before that that are dangerous and head high. A lot of the hits are<br>just plain not necessary. I remember a situation in the Cats V Blues game<br>where the player could have bumped and would have been in trouble, but he<br>stopped and tackled instead and from memory won the free kick.
